Essence and Flow Mat Pilates

Flow through the classical mat Pilates series with me. In this 45 minute session, we will be moving through the classical poses created by Joseph Pilates. Modifications will be offered and are encouraged if any classical movement does not feel good. In this class, the main takeaway would be to feel muscles you maybe have not felt before and to strengthen and stretch your muscles.

Tatiana is a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor. She has a passion for food and fitness and tries to partake in activities that include the two. Growing up as a competitive dancer, Tatiana felt a real affinity for mat Pilates after taking a class and wished she had learned about it sooner. Now, Tatiana often teaches mat Pilates at a gym or virtually and is hoping to grow a community of people who enjoy the benefits of mat Pilates or want to learn more about it.
